We enjoy a wide variety of traditional and contemporary music in our worship at St John’s. There is plenty of space at the front for the talented musicians to play for us. We regularly have piano, guitar, woodwind and percussion to accompany our enthusiastic singers.
We also make good use of our church organ which dates around 100 years and still sounds wonderful for our more traditional hymn singing.
In our 10:30am service you will often here a good mix of well-known hymns, led by our choir and music group, mixed with more modern worship songs and the occasional children's action songs which people of all ages are welcome to join in with!
The music at out 9:30am ABC Church service is definitelu chosen with children in mind with plenty of lively action songs. There are plenty of musical instruments for the children to get involved with too.
