Celebrate the Joy of Christmas with us at St John's this year. We have a series of special services this Christmas including Carols by Candlelight, Midnight Communion and a new Blue Christmas service for those who find this time of year more challenging.
Make time for some peaceful reflection at our new traditional service of Morning Prayer on Thursdays at 9am. We will gather in the choir stalls and use the language of the Book of Common Prayer for this time of prayer.
This weekend marks five years since our first service of Online Worship. What started as a hurried alternative to traditional church during Covid continue to be a much valued alternative way of sharing worship for some members of our congregation.
Giving something up for Lent isn’t for everyone. That’s why this Lent we are inviting people to donate items to help a charity which supports people who are homeless in Leeds.

We will be starting Lent with a pancake party on Shrove Tuesday and then two special services of Holy Communion on Ash Wednesday with the traditional Imposition of Ashes.
