Help wanted for History of Farsley exhibition

First published on: 21st August 2021

Next month a new exhibition detailing a History of Farsley and its people will go on display in St John's Church and the team organising are looking for people who can help out on the day.

The display will be in church on Saturday 11 September between 10am and 4pm. It will be well worth a visit so please don't miss it.

It will be set up and run by The Friends of St John’s and they are looking for people who could help to clear up afterwards. The entire exhibition, including 25 large boards, needs to be carried up into the gallery and stored there so that church is ready for services the following day. With four willing volunteers it should only take an hour, starting at 4pm.

Please email John Walker if you can help, or you can call him on 07989 401528.
