The Friends of St John's is a secular group which raises funds to help with the maintenance of the fabric of St John's Church as well as performing jobs around the church and the graveyard.
As a church, we are indebted to the Friends both for the money raised and the many hours of effort which the group puts into helping maintain the building.
The group is always looking for new people to join them, promising it will be both enjoyable and rewarding.
Their activities often include organising second hand book sales at the Farsley Farmers market as well as table top sales in the church hall.
Members of the group receive newsletters twice a year to keep them updated with upcoming projects.
